Tolain is a villager living in Trestin, Meridell. He is concerned about the local animals becoming violent, and misses being able to walk to the nearby town of White River.
I don't understand why all the animals that live in the nearby lands have become so aggressive lately.
As most of Neoquest II takes place inside a computer simulation, it is unclear if Tolain is an actual person in Neopia.
