Bolar is a regular in the White River tavern, though due to the bridge being out of order, he hasn't had any ale in a while.
Horxas keeps saying he'll get some ale soon, but I don't know...
As most of Neoquest II takes place inside a computer simulation, it is unclear if Bolar is a real Neopian or not.
