Hathiet lives in the town of Lakeside, Meridell. He misses being able to go fishing on the nearby lake, as giant Jetsam now take bites of his boat.

As most of Neoquest II takes place inside a computer simulation, it is unclear if Hathiet is a character in the real Neopia.
