Folsi is a young Aisha living in Lakeside, Meridell. She can't go and play in the forest anymore, as wild animals have taken up residence there.
I wish I could go outside... but mum and dad say it's just not safe.
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Folsi is a character in the real Neopia.
