Pipka runs the armour shop in the town of Lakeside, Meridell. He has a fierce rivalry with his brother, Zapka, who runs the weapon shop.
Don't listen to anything my brother Zapka over there says. He sells weapons, not armour!
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Pipka is a character in the real Neopia.
