Jologa is the captain of Meridell Castle's guards. When Ramtor took the throne from King Skarl, Jologa and his men became bewitched by the wizard.
You'd better set about finding the king, while I get the castle back in order for his return.
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Jologa exists in the real Neopia.
