Bradro is a tourist staying in Happy Valley. He went there to shop, but couldn't because the shops were closed due to a monster invasion.
How silly is that? I come here to shop, and there's nothing to buy.
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Bradro exists in the real Neopia.
