Siliclast is a rock golem in the shape of a Skeith. He is the guardian of the Celestial Talisman in the Temple of the Sky.
The description of Siliclast's stamp confirms that it actually existed at some point outside of the computer simulation. It's position in the Qasala stamp album suggests that the Temple of the Sky, where Siliclast was found, was originally part of the Qasalan Empire.
