Tebalo lives in the village of Waset with his wife, Paide. He doesn't like living in the desert, mainly because of the lack of water... and the zombies hanging around.
I suppose it's too much to hope for, to have a quiet, peaceful life, in a little village in the middle of the desert.
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Tebalo exists in the real Neopia.
