Hazim was a Dynastic Priest in the Palace of Ancient Kings. Along with the other clerics, he turned evil when the power of Anubits seeped into the land. Before turning evil though, a young cleric asked him about a secret passageway beneath the palace.
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Hazim or Dynastic Priests exist in the real Neopia.
