Doctor Boolin is part of the Ghoul Catchers, a group that attempted to rid Neopia of vampires forever. Von Roo stopped them however, and vampires remain at large. Boolin never speaks, unlike the other members of the team. They later tried to catch the Ghost Lupe, but ended up narrowly escaping a pack of Werelupes instead!
