Mick is one of three undercover agents working for Weltrude in the Petpet Park. It is their job to collect the Petpets coming from Petaria so that the park is ready for launch. Weltrude refers to Mick by the codename Agent 27.
Got to get the right eccentricity calculations... there! Now I should be able to maintain an osculating orbit in the centre of the pond free of any perturbations from the lily pads, huzzah! Or I could just hold still. That might work too.
