Yurius was once an agent working for Petpet Park, gathering new petpets from Petaria, but failed his final exam because he used a pen instead of a pencil. He left the park because of this, and now spends his time making life harder for the remaining agents by proving he is better at the job. He was eventually foiled in his attempts.
