Kiran is the star of the Neopian book, Chomby Carvinal. He's an unlucky Chomby, who lost his friends and his Petpet, and then spent all his money on a rotten omelette.
As Kiran only appears in a Neopian book, it is unclear if he is a character in the real Neopia.
