Buppa was the star of the Neopian Book, Kacheek Secrets. In it, he and two other Kacheeks living at Number 42 entered a cooking competition. Buppa was determined to win.
As Buppa only appears in a Neopian book, it is unclear if he is a character in the real Neopia.
