Kippex was a character in the Neopian book, The Macho Kyrii. In it, he was always getting bullied by Skeiths. One day, he visited Grundos Gym in order to get stronger and change that.
As Kippex only appears in a Neopian book, it is unclear if he is a character in the real Neopia.
