Under the orders of Tura-Kepek, this Mynci gathered a band of thieves and attacked Shenkuu, looking for a magical amulet. Most of his band were eventually defeated, and the Bandit Leader took refuge in the Blobagus Caves. Thankfully, he was defeated and captured by the Shenkuu guards.
