Bill, Gordy & Jim are members of Garin's crew onboard the Black Pawkeet. They were captured by Scarblade's crew along with the rest of Garin's men. Thankfully, Garin eventually rescued them.
It is unclear what species the three are, as Garin never makes a direct reference. They could possibly be a Kacheek, a Buzz, a Techo, or a JubJub.
