This Grundo is the foreman at Dr. Sloth's Freaky Factory, which churns out evil plushies made from Kreludite. When a batch of the toys started attacking the workers, Dr. Sloth cut the factory off, trapping the Foreman inside. His fate is unknown, but it is assumed he was killed.
