This Fuzio is a local law enforcer in the Haunted Woods. When a couple of kids went missing in the woods, he found no trace of them. He was also contacted by the main characters of the Hunt for the Battledome plot when they tried to locate Professor Chesterpot.
Chief Fuzzy only appears in the game if you watch the animation after choosing to stay in the car. He is a Fuzio, the species that eventually became the Kyrii.
