These characters are the centre of the Haunted House story. The Kacheek and the Quiggle were trapped in a storm when their car broke down, and bumped into the Usul mother who was looking for her baby. Their travels led the Kacheek and the Quiggle to a haunted house, where they defeated a strange monster and rescued the baby Usul.
These adventurers have access to technology not generally available to other Neopian characters, such as cars, so are most likely outdated.
