Neeter is a hair brained Faellie inventor that runs the Neeterball game in the Petpet Park. He's also quite good at Skeedaddle, though his brothers, Pike and Geo, are better. He invented the steam engine that powers the Park's train. He is originally from Autropolis, and studied under Eldridge, but now lives in Pawvillion. He is old friends with Dillard.
