Admiral Gully is a seafaring Dipni who is in charge of the Boat Blasters game in the Petpet Park. He sits on a platform above his house in Tugg Harbour using a telescope to look out for pirates. He is known to be wary of the Petpet pirate, Captain Arf. The Admiral has written several books on the matter of sailing, one of which is titled, 'Storm on the Horizon'. In his maritime career, he has travelled far and wide, and as a result has picked up many different languages. In his spare time, he likes to collect art.
