Spivey the Mallard is Admiral Gully's First Mate in Tugg Harbour. He invites passersby to help out in the never-ending battle between the Admiral and the pirate Captain Arf. Spivey was once good friends with Shangles, the deckhand onboard Captain Arf's ship. However, the battle between the Captain and the Admiral has meant that Spivey and Shangles rarely see each other. Spivey seems to have a plan that might mend the rift, but it is still in the development stages.
