Dripp travels with the Aquatic Carnival that sometimes visits the Petpet Park. This small Marafin runs the Three Ring Soaker game. He only uses completely clean water for the jelly in his game, as he has found dirty water doesn't mix well with the paints he uses. He can be found in the Laughing Springs.
