Coco is a Polarchuck who runs the Cocoa Cafe on Blizzard Mountain. Stop by if you want a free drink to warm you up during winter. She walks with a crutch due to one of her legs being in a cast (and has been for over may years). Her Coco is made using a top secret family recipe.
