Glaxi is the brother of Gorix. During Dr. Sloth's rise to power, he was transformed into a mutant and dispatched to to capture others of his kind, including his brother. He was briefly returned to his original form by a device known as a Detransmogrifier, and before the effect wore off, he gave a code key to Gorix, allowing him to escape.
Glaxi appeared in issue #2.
