Finian is a very strange looking Cobrall who travels Neopia collecting all manner of things. Sometimes, most notably at Easter, he passes through the Petpet Park looking for Clucken Eggs. His sneaky tactics have earned him a bad reputation with local farmers like Mellee, though their rivalry dates back to when they were children, competing to have the best stamp collection. Most of Finian's present collection was inherited from his late father, Finian Sr. Eventually, during 2012, Mellee relented and gave him Betsy, a Clucken that would lay a golden egg.
