Kai's Mother stayed in the Cyodrake Kingdom when his son left with King Quan. She sent him a letter expressing her proudness, and her worries that he would not be eating enough vegetables or wearing his shoes outside. However, the letter was not delivered for a long time. She has since painted a picture of Kai which now hangs in the palace.
Kai's Mother has yet to actually appear in the Park.
