Imps roamed the plains around Neopia City in the original NeoQuest, and attacked anyone they came across. Two varieties of Imps were encountered in the game, Fire (pictured left) and Ice Imps:
Forms of the imps, themed around the elements of fire, water, earth, and lightning, later appeared in Legends and Letters.
It is likely that Imps were ancient forms of Baby Fireball.
