Blugbar appeared in the park during a bad storm. He soon became friends with ZHB-2, and stayed in Shadow Grove for a few months until he disappeared as suddenly as he arrived. Subsequent investigation by Agent Linski has suggested that Blugbar was an alien visitor.
Blugbar has yet to actually appear in the park.
