Dimella dreamed of tasting the treats of Terror Mountain. One day, she was bullied by another Neopet named Mittsie who had Slushies. Seeing this, Mr. Chipper gave Dimella two ice creams for free.
From the picture with the story, it seems Dimella is a blue Poogle. She appeared in issue #14.
