Kerrie was always losing races on Terror Mountain. However, one day the Negg Faerie approached her and asked her to deliver Neggs all over Neopia. When asked why, the Negg Faerie explained that though she always finished last, Kerrie still finished, no matter what. Kerrie accepted, much to the jealousy of her friends.
From the picture with the story, it appears Kerrie is a modified baby Cybunny, with blue fur tufts. She appeared in issue #16.
