Manda had the best Usuki collection, but was missing the Easter Bunny Usuki. One day her grandmother gave her a present, but it turned out to be the Quiguki version of the doll. Manda tried to hide it, but her mother forced her to display it. Eventually, some Neopets saw the collection, but to Manda's surprise they liked the Quiguki. It wasn't long until Manda then had the best Quiguki collection.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Manda is a blue Usul. She appeared in issue #16.
