Captain Ruby Jane used to be a fearsome Petpet Park pirate, and was well known for her necklace of rubies that she always wore. Eventually she retired, and Captain Arf managed to steal her necklace. She was known for her theft of the Blue Moonstone.
Ruby Jane has yet to appear in the actual park.
