Dorian was saving his Neopoints so he could eat at Kelp, but discovered his friend Lietta was sick with Achy Head. He decided to spend his Neopoints on Magic Goop, the cure for Achy Head, instead.
From the picture with the story, it seems that Dorian is a blue Shoyru. He appeared in issue #19.
