The Wise One lives on the top of Terror Mountain, and is said to hold the perfect recipe. A Cybunny named Darla visited him, seeking the recipe. After deciding that she wasn't seeking it out of ambition, he agreed to tell her. However, he revealed that the perfect recipe didn't really exist, as no dish could satisfy everyone. However, he did tell her that all cooking must come from the heart.
The Wise One appeared in issue #19.
