Neville is a millionaire, and was looking for an heir to his fortune so decided to hold auditions. However, not a single one went well, with most lying to him or trying to rob him. Eventually he decided to open up Neville Londerson's Academy of Dramatic Arts instead.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Neville is a green Bori. He appeared in issue #20.
