Chrillis was exploring Tyrannia, and wondered why anyone would want to live there. An old Kyrii told him he would find his answer at the top of a pile of boulders. When Chrillis reached the top, he could see most of Tyrannia, and saw it was beautiful. Within a month, Chrillis had moved to Tyrannia.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Chrillis is a blue Kacheek. He appeared in issue #21.
