Haraku is a thief, and she decided to steal the Emerald of the Mist from the Shenkuu Palace. Her friend Miki warned her against it, but she continued anyway. Although Haraku reached the Emerald with ease, she discovered the Emperor and a dozen guards waiting for her. For her crime, she was banished from Shenkuu, only allowed a brief goodbye with Miki before the gates closed.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Haraku is a yellow Aisha. She appeared in issue #22.
