Rissi is a friend of Norell's who was attacked by his new Arkmite, Snappy. A few days later she visited again with her Petpet, a Delfin, who played with Snappy and calmed him down.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Rissi is a red Flotsam. She appeared in issue #24.
