Harvey loved jumping in piles of leaves, but one day fell through a hole. He found himself in a world where the roles of Neopets and Petpets were reversed, and was captured by a Raindorf named Samantha. She named him Mr. Bouncypants, but took him to a Neopet version of the Turmaculus - the Skeithulus. Harvey managed to escape, and made his way back to Neopia, doubting anyone would believe him.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Harvey is a green Blumaroo. He appeared in issue #25.
