Jin is an artist who had been trying to paint a picture of Shenkuu in the morning for some time, but couldn't mix the right colours. Just as he was considering giving up painting, he woke to find Shenkuu covered in hues of red due to autumn, and was able to paint his picture.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Jin is a blue Kougra. He appeared in issue #25.
