Kiki wanted to play games with her brother and sister, Cara and Keslin, but they were too busy getting ready for winter. She went outside to play with children her own age, who told her thier families were also decorating. Kiki had an idea, and while the older Neopets were asleep the young children went around decorating for winter. When the adults woke up, they thanked Kiki and her friends and were ready to enjoy the season.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Kiki is a baby Cybunny. She appeared in issue #25.
