When Pacha fell sick to an older form of Neopox, which at the time had no cure, he was saved by Dr. Chombasha who had discovered an antidote. Inspired by the doctor's Neopox cure, Pacha went on to his own career of caring for the sick and disabled. Currently Pacha is the shopkeeper for the Tyrannian Petpets Shop. He specializes in all sorts of prehistoric petpets native to Tyrannia. It is actually here where you can buy the Krawk petpet, not Krawk Island.
