Otto is an old miner in the Cogham steppe. He was kidnapped by the Ixi Raiders when they fell under the influence of the purple clouds, but then rescued by Tor and Roberta.
I prefer to mine this place, not be trapped in it! They came on us like a nightmare. They're not planning on leaving anyone alive. I'm not going to die like this! None of us deserve it! you have to save us all!
Unlike the other captives in the mines, Otto wasn't taken from the village. He doesn't appear before or afterwards in the game, meaning his normal appearance is unknown.
