Ollie (Also known as Oliver or The Phantom Orange Shirt Guy or TPOSG) was a Neopets programmer, responsible for creating new games such as Attack of the Gummy Dice as well as Altador Cup! He has since left the Neopets team.
Ollie is the guitarist for Red Hot Roxy, a three-member band.
