Rickles was one of the original founders of the University, taking charge of the Nature School. A treatise on cross pollination by Rickles is stored in the Secret Scrolls Club. He wrote the book, Evergreen, which talks about plants in the Park feeding off Parkle magic. He was friends with Wazzam.
Rickles has yet to actually appear in the Park.
