This Meowclops is a member of the Followers of Meow. He was inside the Chamber of Seals within the Monastery of Meow when the bandits attacked. He was inside the Chamber when it collapsed and he did not appear on the outside. It is unknown if he survived or not.

The Bandits have located the Founder's device, but closed the main path to it. They destroyed the hallways behind them!
There may be a second way to get to the viewportal, but we've got to unseal a number of doors before we can get there.
I think the first door is in the Scriptorum. If has a tree symbol inscribed on it. Let me know when you've got it open.
