Hoka is a helpful Tyrannian who stepped in to run the Trading Post on April 1st 2012 - unfortunately, he wasn't very good at his job. He insisted that all offers include only dung items, and no Neopoints higher than 1000 as he could not count any higher. He has since opened up a shop called Ugga Shinies in Tyrannia.
